Originally from Indiana, and Ohio, Mark moved to Sarasota in 1986. He graduated from the University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL, in 1991 and started in the golf business shortly thereafter. An accomplished player, Mark competed at the collegiate level and launched his professional career in 1993 as an assistant PGA professional at University Park Country Club, Sarasota, FL. In 1998 Mark earned full membership into the PGA of America and served as Director of Golf at Bent Tree Country Club from 2000-2008.
During that fifteen year span the growth of golf course communities in the area expanded rapidly and Mark watched carefully as the various country clubs created their own message or niche in the market. This knowledge, coupled with a marketing mind, led Mark to start the area’s most prominent golf-related marketing company, Play Golf Sarasota, in 2009.

Born and raised in the Northeast, Tony made his transition to the Sunshine State in 1991. Tony spent the first 7 years of his golf career at The Renaissance Vinoy Resort in St. Petersburg, Florida where he honed his skills as a fine player competing in many PGA Chapter and Section tournaments. He also began the process of becoming an established PGA Professional.
I have always treated our club members and guests like family for the last 18 years, and now I take that same passion and knowledge to help visitors and new residents find everything they need to feel at home when making that transition from the North to the Sarasota market. Making sure my clients feel like they are in the best possible hands is always my top priority.”
In 1996, Tony was one of the first PGA apprentices to attend the new Golf Professional Training Program and received his Class A membership in 2000. He spent the next ten years serving as Head Professional at two wonderful private clubs in Sarasota before starting his own golf-related marketing company, Play Golf Sarasota.

Elsa was born and raised in Hanover, PA and is the youngest of five children. She obtained her AA in Graphic Design at Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts (now Antonelli Institute) in York, PA in 1994. In 1999, Elsa journeyed to Sarasota, FL. She was employed by Coastal Printing, Inc. until 2007 when she made the decision to focus on her design skills and building her freelance client base. In the interim, she ventured into the world of Real Estate. Joining a family-owned, independent real estate company as their Relocation Coordinator and developing a referral program for inactive agents in Florida, Elsa was introduced to yet another life passion.
In 2009, she was introduced to Mark Bruce and Tony Panico, owners of Play Golf Sarasota, a media group based in Bradenton, FL. Together, they have published five seasons of their golf publication which features the areas finest Private Clubs and Area Courses. She works beside Mark and Tony to bring their thoughts into reality and their vision to life… to give every resident, visitor and future golfer visually appealing resources for their perfect club life experience.
In June of 2014, Elsa received her real estate license and is excited about the bright possibilities that lie ahead in 2015. Elsa loves spending time with her long-term boyfriend, his teenage son, and her Maltese, Sebastian. Todd is a licensed Realtor with an extensive background in construction, remodel, and repair of commercial and residential properties. He has designed and managed hundreds of projects from service and repair contracts to massive $1 Million remodel projects. Todd attended The University of Central Missouri, earning a degree in Science Education while playing NCAA baseball, even playing in the Division II College World Series twice. He began painting houses during the summers to earn extra cash and discovered that he loved the process of improving properties. After teaching high school for one year, he spent the next 12 years expanding his knowledge of remodeling high-end homes, excelling at faux finishing and premium cabinet and paint finishes. In 2007, he began working with a real estate investment company as a project manager, designing and overseeing the full remodel of 14 homes in 2 years. In 2012, he moved from Kansas City, Missouri to Lakewood Ranch with his wife Allison and their two children, Ava and Corbin. He jumped right into real estate, closing almost $2 Million in his first 12 months while managing over $300,000 in remodel and painting projects. He has earned the trust of many great clients over the years and looks forward to working with many more!
